		<description><![CDATA[Overall I have had a few stumbles along the way mostly due to allowing my schedule to become a burdeon.  For the last few weeks I haven&#039;t been making it to the gym as often as I should, but I have still been finding time to exercise by cycling.  I hope to really start focusing on my exercising schedule with being laid off as well as a triathalon coming up very soon.

Overall though, I AM doing better than I was before.]]></description>
